As our Meetings & Events Coordinator, you’ll be the founding face of FEVA’s brand-new Meetings & Events Department based at our most prestigious location, Meon Valley Hotel & Country Club, the flagship hub for all things events.
This is not just a desk job. It’s your chance to shape how FEVA delivers exceptional moments for:
Roblox School Proms
Business Conferences & Training Days
Private Dinners & Celebrations
School Trips, Graduation Ceremonies & More
Liaise directly with clients (schools, businesses, private guests) to plan and elevate their events
Handle event logistics, details, and experience design
Communicate feedback and requirements to hotel management
Represent FEVA with creativity, and confidence
Strategically scout for new event partnerships and propose exciting concepts
Grow the events model across all FEVA properties
Become the go-to person for all things Meetings & Events
Work with other Events Coordinators to streamline booking processes and host events
We're looking for someone who...
Has experience in event coordination (management experience = a plus)
Communicates clearly, confidently, and stylishly
Knows how to build trust with clients & internal teams alike
Loves putting on a show – and running a tight ship behind-the-scenes
Is creative, strategic, and always thinking 5 steps ahead
Has initiative to seek out new opportunities and knows how to follow through
Thrives in a role that isn’t 9 to 5, but purpose and progress led
You’ll work flexible hours around event dates, and in between, you’ll shape FEVA’s events model across the brand with huge potential to grow into Department Manager, and eventually Operations Manager for Events across all FEVA Hotels.
You’ll get in at the ground floor of a rapidly rising department, with full support from senior leadership. This is a rare opportunity to work with the Chief Executive Officer & Board of Directors to form our new events based model.

This is a massively flexible role. We do not require you at every session, only at sessions where an event is being hosted.
